To ensure accurate and timely processing of billing information, invoices, and related documentation in compliance with company policies and client requirements. The role supports financial integrity and contributes to efficient revenue management.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue client invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all billing transactions.
• Liaise with internal teams and clients to address billing queries.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Assist with month-end billing and reporting processes.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) required; a finance-related qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in billing or finance administration.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and billing systems.
