Our headquarters are in Redondo Beach, California, and we have offices in Uruguay, India, the Philippines, Australia, Canada, and South Africa. We are seeking a highly capable Bilingual Customer Care Assistant who is fluent in both English and Spanish, and possesses relevant experience in customer service. This role involves interacting with customers in both languages to provide exceptional support and assistance. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish are essential, and prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable. • Candidate must possess at least a Senior/High School Diploma/ Certificate
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Native/Non-Native)
• At least 1-3 year/s of work experience in an inbound/outbound call center, inside sales
• experience, order entry/order management, or related sales experience
• Adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

Position requirements:

• Fluent in English & Spanish
• Manage and configure customer CRM portals.
• Identify key decision-makers in target companies.
• Collect and document coordinates for crucial personnel.
• Research potential clients.
• Create a database of prospects.
• Conduct phone outreach campaigns.
• Set appointments for key sales reps with prospects.
• Identify geographical regions for client prospecting.
• Handle and troubleshoot inbound/outgoing calls.
• Research product viability in conjunction with target markets.
• Strategize email outreaches.
• Contact customer lead base
• Develop individual sales as well as corporate sales

Job Type: Full-time Salary: R10,800.00 per month Our working hours are aligned with the US time zone. Our standard working hours are 3pm - midnight, South African time.
