Client Education: Help members understand their healthcare benefits in a clear, supportive manner.
Enrollment Support: Assist clients in navigating enrollment platforms to select appropriate plans.
Communication & Support: Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and text. Lead meetings, manage escalations, and maintain positive communication with HR.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process and a positive client experience.
System & Compliance Use: Operate internal platforms for communication and training; ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations.
Team Management: Monitor performance, provide feedback, implement management directives, and support hiring and onboarding efforts.
Additional Duties: Handle escalated issues, assist with case resolution, and address management-related tasks.

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Health & Life insurance license preferred but not required.
