Job Summary
- Experience:
- 5+ years in beef farm management, preferably with herds of 500+ cattle.
- Proven track record in veld management and drought mitigation.
- Skills:
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues (e.g., disease outbreaks, feed shortages).
- Proficiency in farm management software (advantageous).
- Language:
- Xhosa proficiency (strongly preferred) for effective communication with local teams.
- Personal Attributes:
- Physically fit to work long hours in varying weather conditions.
- Resilient, proactive, and solutions-driven.
- Impact: Lead a critical agricultural operation contributing to South Africas beef industry.
