Good Knight Bedding is Seeking a Factory Manager
Knowledge of beds and foam is must ,and if you have been in the production process of making beds will be an advantage for this position
We are seeking anyone who undertands the production of a bed
You will be responsible for the production of orders that come into the factory and ensure quality and orders are filled

Production Management:
Overseeing the entire manufacturing process, including planning, scheduling, and execution.Quality Control:
Implementing and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.Cost Management:
Monitoring and controlling production costs, minimizing waste, and optimizing resource utilization.Equipment Maintenance:
Ensuring proper maintenance and upkeep of all factory equipment.Safety Compliance:
Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.Team Leadership:
Managing and motivating a team of factory personnel, including hiring, training, and performance management.Communication:
Maintaining clear and effective communication with all levels of the organization, including suppliers and vendors.Continuous Improvement:
Identifying areas for improvement in production processes and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R18000,00 - R25000,00 per month
Experience:
manufacturing : 5 years (Required) Management : 5 years (Required)
Work Location: In person
