As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be the vital link between clients and candidates, helping both parties achieve their goals. This is an entry-level role, perfect for graduates looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of professional roles
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job brief through to offer stage
- Write compelling job adverts and proactively attract top talent
- Gain comprehensive training in recruitment best practices
- Completed BCom degree (Human Resource Management, Marketing, Business Management, or related field)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
- A passion for working with people and helping them reach their potential
