Office based role in Sandton, willing to work shifts (8 am - 5 pm) / (9 am - 6 pm) / (10 am - 7 pm). Reliable transport.
What You'll Do:
Contact customers regarding overdue accounts professionally and efficiently
Work with clients to negotiate and set up repayment plans
Maintain accurate records of interactions and payment progress
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer queries
Learn and grow through mentorship and on-the-job training
What You Bring:
A completed BCom in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
