Job Summary Start date: 1st October 2023

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years as a GM/Deputy GM/Operations within an accommodation provider
Must have a strong entrepreneurial attitude
Must have good verbal communication and a passion for Social Change
Must have an understanding of the Youth Travel Industry
Must be able to own all operational activities and hospitality services within the company
Must take responsibility for the quality of experience provided and ensure that the company is operating legally, responsibly and efficiently
Previous experience in development projects and shaping budgets
Must be a true team player and be able to train, recruit and support staff
Be able to work closely with the Volunteer Manager to deliver volunteering projects, maintaining

strong community relationships and demonstrate change Meals will be provided during operational hours.
