JOB DISCRIPTION
Following precise directions from supervisors to ensure a positive guest experience. Maintain all banquet storage spaces in a neat and organized manner. Provide exceptional customer service Abide by all laws and requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages After the function, reset the space in accordance with the supervisor's specifications to ensure the readiness of the room for the next function Providing solutions to the guest complaints or issues or escort them to the supervisor or manager. Ensuring all supplies are in stock before staring the shift. Working as a team player with other department to provide great experience to the guests.
Requirements:
Must be available on weekends.
Must have 2 to 5 years working experience
Ability to work variable schedule, morning, afternoon and evening.
Attention to detail is a must.
Hospitality experience is an asset.
Able to work in fast paced environment.
Able to work overtime is a requirement.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: R1000,00 - R1200,00 per month
Expected hours: 28.79 per week
