Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience as a waiter or barman in a busy, reputable restaurant or bar
Strong service skills with a consistent track record of professionalism and reliability
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, high-volume environment
Well-trained in all aspects of food and beverage service
Leadership qualities to mentor and guide junior waiters and new staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
