Job Summary Barman - High-End Restaurant - Cape Town We are recruiting experienced Barmen for an internationally recognized South African brand, operating one of Cape Town's most exclusive 130-seater restaurants. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded, upmarket establishment where exceptional service, product knowledge, and craftsmanship are the standard. As a Barman, you will be at the heart of the guest experience - delivering world-class beverage service in a luxury environment. You'll craft premium cocktails, maintain impeccable bar presentation, and provide knowledgeable recommendations that enhance the overall dining experience. Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages with precision and flair. Deliver polished, professional, and engaging service to every guest. Maintain excellent product knowledge and offer informed recommendations. Ensure bar cleanliness, hygiene, and stock control at all times. Collaborate closely with the Front of House team to ensure smooth service flow. Uphold the restaurant's luxury standards and brand identity. Minimum Requirements Proven experience as a Barman / Mixologist in fine dining, luxury hotels, or upmarket restaurants. Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits. Excellent communication, presentation, and guest-relations skills. Professional appearance and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, refined environment. Passion for mixology and exceptional hospitality. Salary & Benefits Basic Salary: R12 000 - R15 000 Plus: Share of Tips Growth opportunities within an internationally recognized South African brand.
