Sodexo is seeking a skilled and customer-focused
Barista
to join our team. You will prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light refreshments while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organised workstation.Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently. Greet customers, take orders, and provide advice on drinks, snacks, and promotions. Handle cash, card, and voucher transactions accurately and maintain a tidy service area. Support inventory management, restocking, and front-of-house operations during peak periods. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Previous barista or food service experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage service. Basic POS/computer literacy. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
