We are looking for an energetic and friendly

Barista

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, be customer-service oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Wiesenhof barista, you will play a key role in ensuring customers enjoy great beverages, food, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks. Operate coffee machines and other beverage equipment. Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar and work areas. Follow all food safety and hygiene standards. Restock supplies and assist with general shop duties. Deliver friendly and efficient customer service. Upsell menu items and promote daily specials.

Requirements:

Previous barista experience (preferred but not required - training provided). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team and under pressure. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and take initiative. Available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. Must

live close to the store

or have reliable transport. Must NOT have completed Matric.

Pay: From R28,79 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
