Job Description
We're hiring a Barista for our new Linksfield store!
At Kleinsky's, being a barista is about more than making great coffee. It's about creating moments that make people feel welcome. We're looking for someone who can bring both skill and personality to the role.
You'll spend your time preparing high-quality coffees, teas, juices and smoothies with consistency and care, while keeping your station stocked, clean and ready for service. Communication is key, whether it's flagging stock levels, reporting equipment issues, or keeping the flow between front and back of house running smoothly. You'll also jump in to support the wider team when needed, from taking orders to delivering drinks with a smile.
To thrive in this role, you'll need proven barista experience in a busy cafe or restaurant, with solid knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, milk frothing and food safety practices. Just as important is your ability to stay calm under pressure, work well with others and bring an energetic, guest-focused approach to every shift.
