Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled

Barman/Barista

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for both crafted cocktails and specialty coffee, bringing energy, creativity, and consistency to every drink served.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to Pear Tree's standards. Create specialty coffee and espresso-based drinks with attention to detail and presentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and coffee station. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and responsible service of alcohol regulations. Work closely with the FOH team to deliver seamless guest experiences. Contribute to menu development, including cocktails and seasonal coffee specials.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a barman and/or barista in a busy, upmarket environment. Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and coffee preparation. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining precision and professionalism. A positive, team-oriented attitude with attention to detail. Relevant certifications (e.g. barista training, mixology, or responsible alcohol service) are advantageous.
