Key responsibilities:
Expert coffee extraction and thorough knowledge of espresso equipment.
Cocktail preparation, ingredient knowledge, and confident service.
Solid understanding of local wines.
Oversee bar stock, ordering, and tight stock control.
Ensure bar is set up for opening and properly.
Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming bar area.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a barista and barman, ideally in a similar restaurant setting.
Must be able to work weekends.
