We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Barback

to join our small and dedicated team. Working directly under the mixologist and bar manager, this role plays a key part in maintaining the smooth operation and high standards of our bar in a fine dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar Pack and restock fridges with beverages Pour soft drinks and beers as directed Polish and prepare glassware for service Support with setup, service, and closing duties

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness Fluent in English with good communication skills Neat, presentable, and professional appearance Previous bar experience is an advantage but not required Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a small team Ability to work well under preassure in a fast paced environtment.

Schedule:

Tuesday to Saturday (5 days a week)

Hours:

14:00 - around 23:00

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R5000,00 - R6000,00 per month
