Minimum Requirement for ALL Positions:
At least
2 years' relevant experience
Traceable references
Passion for hospitality and teamwork
BARISTA
Duties:
Prepare and serve specialty coffee to brand standards
Dial in grinders, manage extraction, milk texturing, and presentation
Assist behind the bar during busy periods (bar/barista crossover)
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' barista experience
Strong knowledge of espresso, milk-based drinks, and coffee workflow
Comfortable working with bar staff and assisting with beverage service
Passion for coffee and customer interaction
WAITERS
Duties:
Deliver warm, professional table service
Take orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and beverages while maintaining service standards
Create memorable guest experiences
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' waiting experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
BARMEN (WITH MIXOLOGY EXPERIENCE)
Duties:
Prepare classic and signature cocktails, beers, and beverages
Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels, and presentation
Work closely with baristas to support coffee-based drinks and service flow
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' bartending experience
Proven
mixology skills
Experience working alongside baristas (coffee & cocktail crossover essential)
Strong product knowledge and service speed
KITCHEN COOKS
Duties:
Prepare and execute breakfast and lunch menu items
Support kitchen operations and service during peak times
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and prep standards
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience as a cook or line cook
Breakfast and grill experience advantageous
Ability to work under pressure
Team-oriented and detail-driven
COFFEE ROASTING STAFF
Duties:
Roast coffee according to defined profiles and quality standards
Perform cupping, quality control, and profile development
Manage green bean handling and roasting records
Work closely with management on consistency and innovation
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' coffee roasting experience
Solid understanding of
roast profiles, cupping, and flavour development
Experience roasting specialty coffee beans
Passion for coffee quality and consistency
