MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To plan and coordinate the operational financial transactions of the company to maximise the return on
investment and minimize the risk of incorrect transactions and fraud.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Maintain financial control that ensures correct reflection of financial transactions of companies within Mediclinic
Co-ordinate banking administrations to support the service level
agreements with third parties
Administrate and minimise theft risks on electronic banking services (EBS) and ensure timeous and accurate transactions
Ensure comprehensive cash planning is done to ensure optimum investment of funds
Supervise and develop team members
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Essential: B.Com Degree or equivalent qualification.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Essential: At least 2 years relevant work experience in a banking financial environment
Knowledge of SAP (FI module)
Desired: 2 - 3 years relevant work experience in a banking financial environment
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- SAP Financial System
- Exchange control regulations
- Payment card industry compliance
- Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA)
- Knowledge and experience of accounting transactions
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Suite)
- Protection Of Personal Information (POPI) Act
