Location: Lilongwe, Malawi
Danny's Bakery & Fast Food is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to transform and grow our bakery and fast food business. We want someone ambitious who can increase sales, expand outlets, improve efficiency, and make the business profitable.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage bakery & fast food operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Develop and execute strategies to boost sales and profitability.
Expand business channels (wholesale, supermarkets, catering, events).
Control costs, reduce wastage, and improve margins.
Train and manage staff for high performance and customer service.
Ensure food safety and compliance with local standards.

What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience in bakery, fast food, or FMCG operations.
Strong track record in sales growth & profitability management.
Leadership and team management skills.
Business-minded, innovative, and able to drive expansion.
