We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Bakery Manager.
Requirements:
Bakery/retail management experience
?Apply best financial practices (cost control, margins, control expenses)
?Be innovative with ideas, products & presentation
?Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
Strong staff management & customer service skills
Able to control stock, wastage & quality
Works well under pressure
?Computer literate
