Job Description

We're hiring a Baker for our new Linksfield store!

At Kleinsky's, baking is at the heart of what we do, especially our bagels. We're looking for a baker who can bring consistency, care and a love of craft to every batch.

In this role, you'll be responsible for thawing, proving, baking and finishing products to our standards. With a special focus on getting bagel dough just right, no matter the weather. You'll monitor stock levels, record production and waste while working closely with the Kitchen Manager to keep everything running smoothly. Cleanliness, timing and attention to detail are just as important here as your ability to turn out quality baked goods, day after day.

You'll need previous bakery or food preparation experience (specifically with bread or bagels), solid knowledge of dough proofing and baking processes and the ability to follow procedures carefully. Early mornings and fast-paced shifts are part of our rhythm, so reliability and good time management are key.
