Job Description

Our client, a well-established manufacturer and supplier in the plastic industry located in Cape Town area Western Cape, is seeking driven and dynamic B2B Sales Representatives. This role is focused on managing customer relationships, growing account revenue, and expanding the current customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell products to existing and prospective B2B customers
  • Present new product ranges and secure pre-orders from independent and wholesale customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular interaction and service excellence
  • Identify and pursue new customer leads via outbound efforts, including cold calling
  • Respond to client queries promptly and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide administrative support related to client accounts, quotes, and follow-ups
  • Conduct regular client visits to ensure strong engagement and account retention
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in a B2B sales role (manufacturing industry and/or agricultural environment will be an advantage)
  • Understanding of wholesale and independent retail sales environments
Strong administrative and organisational skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans
  • Confident in presenting to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently
  • Driver's license and own reliable vehicle are essential
  • Established network within the agricultural, FMCG, or industrial packaging sectors will be a strong advantage
  • Experience selling to food processors, packhouses, big scale wine producers, agri-suppliers, or logistics companies will be beneficial
  • Track record of breaking into new markets and business growth.
