The Role
As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the charismatic face of addShine, forging partnerships with businesses hungry for standout corporate swag. You'll hunt new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and close deals that make brands unforgettable. This isn't just selling--it's storytelling, solving pain points, and delivering wow-factor solutions in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate leads through networking, LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, and industry events in Gauteng.
Consult with clients to understand their branding needs and recommend tailored clothing, gifts, or merchandise solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle: from initial pitch to order fulfilment, ensuring seamless delivery and client delight.
Build long-term relationships with SMEs, corporates, and event planners to drive repeat business and referrals.
Hit and exceed monthly sales targets while tracking performance via CRM tools (e.g., Zoho or Microsoft 365).
Collaborate with our design and production teams to create custom proposals that wow.
What We're Looking For

2+ years in B2B sales, ideally in corporate gifting, apparel, promo products, or marketing services.
Hustler's mindset with proven track record of smashing targets in a competitive market.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills--think natural networker who thrives at connections.
Tech-savvy with experience in CRM (Zoho, HubSpot) and tools like Microsoft 365 or Mailchimp.
Passion for branding, creativity, and South African business culture; knowledge of the local corporate & industrial environment is a plus.
Valid driver's license and own vehicle for client visits (fuel allowance provided).
Matric; sales certification, or business diploma advantageous.
