We're hiring fluent Eastern European language speakers to join a high-performing B2B outbound sales team in Cape Town
These are full-time,
on-site roles
focused on cold-calling and lead generation for international tech clients. It's a great fit for competitive individuals who enjoy working toward targets in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This is
not
a customer service or chat support position -- you'll be engaging decision-makers across European markets and driving high-quality leads through outbound calling.
Must also have strong English communication skills.
What You'll Do:
Make outbound B2B sales calls to generate qualified leads
Engage business contacts in meaningful conversations
Update CRM records and track campaign progress
Hit daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Participate in team training and performance reviews
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of outbound calling, sales, or telemarketing experience
Native or fluent in one of the listed Scandinavian languages
Strong English communication and phone confidence
Comfortable using Excel and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Must be based in South Africa and legally eligible to work
