Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of sales professionals in B2B sales, achieving and exceeding targets.
- Providing consistent coaching, feedback, and support to team members.
- Analyzing sales metrics to create and implement effective strategies.
- Fostering collaboration and promoting a high-energy, success-driven culture.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Minimum of 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in B2B sales with leadership responsibilities.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales technologies.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Experience in a call center environment preferred.
- MUST be based in Cape town
- Monday to Friday: 15h00 to 00h00 SAST (08h00 - 17h00 USA - EST).
