Sales trainee:
Minimum requirements:
Agricultural/Farming experience required.

Position based in Germiston.
Good knowledge of both written and spoken English and Afrikaans
A completed matric certificate
A proactive sales personality with a confident demeanour and strong communication skills Initial knowledge of animal husbandry and experience in the sale of agricultural capital goods
Existing networks in the field of animal husbandry / animal feed are advantageous

Responsibilities:
After a thorough induction, you will be responsible for looking after the sales territory in various provinces

Identify and target potential customers in the poultry farming sectors.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, including farm owners.
You will act as a direct point of contact for our customers
Independent planning, implementation, and support of sales negotiations through to contract conclusion
Acquiring new customers and visiting trade fairs
Internal contact person and liaison
Analyse market developments and be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies in the region.

Initiative, the ability to organise yourself, willingness to travel and flexibility to round off your profile Ideally experience with a CRM system and confident handling of Microsoft Office products
