Our family is growing and we are looking for AWS or Alibaba Cloud Engineers to join our team:

As an AWS Cloud Support Engineer, you will be working with the engineering team and focusing on AWS infrastructure management and support. A key part of the role is Troubleshooting and maintaining AWS infrastructure for our customer. You will work closely with the head of Managed Service and our customerxe2x80x99s IT teams to support, manage, and optimize our customers AWS environments.

You need to have passion in improving the lives of everyone we touch through technology and our engineering ability, and be dedicated and ambitious to driving value to our customers

You will be responsible for managing juniors in the team. You will create and monitor the progress of their tasks and provide guidance where necessary.

Requirements * One or more Web and Application Server technologies (e.g. Apache HTTPD, Apache Tomcat, Nginx, Glassfish, JBoss, Puma, Passenger, IIS)

• One or more scripting language (e.g. Bash, PowerShell, Ruby, Python, extensions)
• One or more version control platform (e.g. Git, Perforce, SVN, TFVC)
• Experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications
• Programming language experience (e.g. Java, node.js, Javascript, .NET, PHP)
• Exposure to Virtualization (Hypervisors, VMware, Xen)
• Understand the complete deployment lifecycle from design, build, test, deploy
• AWS qualifications desirable

Tasks & Responsibilities * Work collaboratively with software engineering to define infrastructure and deployment requirements

• Provision, configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure defined as code
• Ensure configuration and compliance with configuration management tools
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux based systems
• Troubleshoot problems across a wide array of services and functional areas
• Build and maintain operational tools for deployment, monitoring, and analysis of AWS infrastructure and systems
• Perform infrastructure cost analysis and optimization

Advanced experience in administration and troubleshooting for three (3) or more of the following: * DevOps/Deployment

• Orchestration Management
• Configuration Management
• Continuous Integration technology (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible Chef, Puppet, or related tools)
• Advanced experience with System Administration with Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat) and/or Microsoft Windows Server and associated technologies (Active Directory, Exchange)
• Advanced experience with Networking and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, LAN/WAN, traceroute, iperf, dig, cURL or related)

Soft Skills * Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills
