MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
At least 5 years experience in avocado farming
Knowledge of commercial Avocado farming and strong understanding of Avocado production
Computer literate
Must have good record keeping skills
Must be hardworking, driven to succeed and initiative
Ability to work with and motivate a team
Maintenance orientated
Valid drivers license
