Purpose Of The Job:
Our client is an exciting new automotive brand establishing its head office operations and building the business from the ground up. This role is suited to an enthusiastic, committed professional who is eager to be part of a long-term journey, contribute to shaping processes and culture, and play a key role in developing and growing the department from its early stages. The Warranty and Service Administrator is responsible for the effective administration, auditing, and support of warranty and service programs across the dealer network. This role ensures accurate warranty claim processing, strict compliance with OEM policies, and strong collaboration between dealers, service operations, and internal OEM teams to control warranty costs, improve repair quality, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
The role requires a detail-oriented, analytical individual with strong dealership and OEM warranty knowledge, who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
