This is a full-time on-site role for a automotive spray painter. We are looking for a dedicated, consistent, and passionate automotive spray painter that takes pride in their work, as we at Chicanos pride ourselves on quality and perfection.
You be be required to carry out the following:
Efficiently strip old paint and coatings.
Identify any errors in preparation.
Ensure thorough preparation of surfaces of subsequent painting.
Be able to mask.
Uphold stringent quality control standards.
Inspect completed work to ensure that it meets/exceeds quality benchmarks.
Ensure proper alignment and fitting of body parts to meet quality standards.
Assemble vehicle components before and after painting.
Maintain and clean equipment.
Be able to manage time efficiently to meet targets set.
Be able to work well with others.
be able to evaluate, solve, and report any malfunctions faced at the workplace.
Be able to work overtime and Saturdays.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years experience
Additional qualifications is a bonus.
