We are seeking an experienced Automotive Spray Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for quality workmanship, and the ability to produce high-standard finishes on a variety of vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming
Mix and apply paint to vehicles using spray guns and other professional tools
Ensure color matches and finishes meet required standards
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the spray booth and workshop
Carry out minor panel and body preparation work when required
Inspect completed jobs for quality assurance
Follow safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment
Requirements:
Minimum of
5 years' proven experience
as an automotive spray painter
Strong understanding of paint mixing, matching, and application techniques
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
