This role is suited to an enthusiastic, committed professional who is eager to be part of a long-term journey, contribute to shaping processes and culture, and play a key role in developing and growing the department from its early stages. The National Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's national sales strategy, driving dealer performance, and ensuring alignment with overall OEM objectives. This role requires a highly strategic, commercially minded leader who can manage regional sales teams, optimise dealer profitability, and grow market share while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate is a proven automotive professional with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of dealer networks, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into operational performance.
