Job Summary Responsibilities: Marketing Execution & Support
Execute approved marketing plans and campaigns, brand management, in line with dealership objectives
Market the business through corporate calls, outreach, and relationship building
Assist in the sourcing and engagement of corporate clients
Support marketing initiatives across sales, service, and aftersales departments
Contribute ideas and insights during marketing planning sessions
Campaigns, Projects & Events
Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing projects and events
Liaise with suppliers, designers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
Ensure marketing material adheres to brand guidelines
Track project timelines and follow up on deliverables
Digital Marketing & Content
Manage and post content across social media platforms
Assist with scheduling, and basic campaign monitoring
Develop copywriting content for social media, promotions, internal communication, and advertising
Assist with creative material
Reporting & Administration
Compile marketing reports and performance summaries for management
Track campaign activity, engagement, and feedback
Perform daily administrative tasks to support the marketing department
Ensure the timely delivery of marketing communications and research material
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with sales, service, and management teams to support marketing objectives
Provide operational marketing support to the Marketing Manager
Carry out any reasonable marketing-related tasks as requested by management
Requirements:
Current or recent experience as a marketing coordinator in the motor industry is essential
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Marketing Co-ordinator or similar role
Experience working with social media platforms and digital content
Copywriting skills - essential
Exposure to campaign reporting and marketing analytics advantageous
Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!!

Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Good verbal and written communication skills
Solid administrative and coordination ability
Deadline-driven with strong attention to detail
Able to follow instructions while also using initiative
Awareness of current automotive and digital marketing trends
