Purpose Of The Job:
Our client is an exciting new automotive brand establishing its head office operations and building the business from the ground up. This role is suited to an enthusiastic, committed professional who is eager to be part of a long-term journey, contribute to shaping processes and culture, and play a key role in developing and growing the department from its early stages. The Marketing & Brand Manager is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and brand strategies to drive awareness, lead generation, and sales performance. This role ensures consistent brand identity across all channels, supports dealer marketing activities, and maximises return on marketing investment.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep experience in automotive marketing, digital channels, brand management, and campaign analytics, capable of leading a growing team while influencing stakeholders across the OEM and dealer network.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Brand Strategy

  • Develop and implement national marketing and brand strategies aligned with OEM objectives
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all touchpoints, campaigns, and dealer marketing activities
  • Define positioning, messaging, and visual identity standards for campaigns and product launches
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategy
Campaign & Communication Management
  • Plan, manage, and execute national advertising, digital marketing, and public relations campaigns
  • Oversee multi-channel campaign execution, including social media, email marketing, website, events, and dealer marketing support
  • Coordinate product launches, ensuring dealer networks are equipped with the necessary marketing materials and support
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget
Dealer Marketing Support
  • Liaise with the dealer network to provide marketing guidance, collateral, and campaign support
  • Monitor dealer compliance with OEM brand guidelines and marketing standards
  • Conduct training and coaching to improve dealer marketing capability and campaign execution
  • Evaluate dealer marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement
Budgeting & ROI
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI tracking
  • Monitor campaign performance and effectiveness through key metrics and analytics
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management on marketing performance, campaign ROI, and brand metrics
  • Recommend optimisation strategies based on performance data
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Lead and mentor marketing team members, fostering professional growth and accountability
  • Collaborate with Sales, Aftersales, Product, and Supply Chain teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
  • Support cross-functional initiatives such as lead-generation campaigns, dealer network expansion, and customer engagement programs
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA advantageous)
  • 7-10 years' marketing experience, preferably in automotive OEM environment
  • Proven experience in brand management, multi-channel marketing, and campaign execution
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting to senior management
  • Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!!
