Purpose Of The Job:
Our client is an exciting new automotive brand establishing its head office operations and building the business from the ground up. This role is suited to an enthusiastic, committed professional who is eager to be part of a long-term journey, contribute to shaping processes and culture, and play a key role in developing and growing the department from its early stages. The Marketing & Brand Manager is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and brand strategies to drive awareness, lead generation, and sales performance. This role ensures consistent brand identity across all channels, supports dealer marketing activities, and maximises return on marketing investment.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep experience in automotive marketing, digital channels, brand management, and campaign analytics, capable of leading a growing team while influencing stakeholders across the OEM and dealer network.
