Purpose Of The Job:
Our client is an exciting new automotive brand establishing its head office operations and building the business from the ground up. This role is suited to an enthusiastic, committed professional who is eager to be part of a long-term journey, contribute to shaping processes and culture, and play a key role in developing and growing the department from its early stages. The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and coordination support across management and departmental teams, ensuring efficient office operations, seamless communication, and accurate record-keeping. This role is key to enabling departments to operate effectively, supporting both operational and strategic initiatives, and maintaining professional standards across all administrative processes.
The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced OEM environment.
