Job Description

: Welder and panel beater- Structural & Rust Repair Specialist



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder and panel beater to join our team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in both MIG and TIG welding techniques and capable of performing structural repairs, rust repair, dent removal, and replating on various metal surfaces and components.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform structural welding repairs on vehicle frames, body panels, and other metal structures. Conduct rust removal, repair, and replacement of corroded sections. Replate and fabricate metal parts to restore integrity and appearance. Carry out professional dent removal, ensuring smooth and original surface finish. Utilize MIG and TIG welding equipment safely and effectively. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Collaborate with other technicians and restoration specialists as needed.

Requirements:



Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding. Strong understanding of structural integrity, metal repair techniques, and dent removal. Ability to work with various metals including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Experience with rust repair, dent removal, and metal fabrication. Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
