Auto Wheels Autobody, a well-established provider of auto body repair services in Johannesburg, is seeking a motivated and experienced Parts Storeman to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Source and order vehicle parts from suppliers.

Receive, check, and book parts into the workshop system.

Book parts in and out as required and accurately record parts movement.

Negotiate pricing and delivery timelines with suppliers.

Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular stock counts.

Manage workshop tools and equipment.

Schedule servicing of equipment and ensure all workshop tools are maintained in good working condition.

Enforce equipment usage policies among employees to ensure accountability and proper handling.

Maintain a clean and organized storeroom.

Perform any other reasonable tasks requested by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar parts or retail role (automotive experience preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Basic understanding of vehicle components and workshop operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Good negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.

Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Punctual with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
