As an Audit Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing audit engagements for our clients. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple audit engagements, ensuring timely completion and delivery
• Review and evaluate financial statements, identifying any potential issues or discrepancies
• Assess internal controls and implement improvements as needed
• Provide expert advice to clients on financial matters and regulatory compliance
• Mentor and develop junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in accounting standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, ACCA, etc.)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
