Job Description
My client is a Big 4 audit firm with a track record of leveraging off the best technology and practices in the assurance space. Furthermore, they have a vested interest in the development of their staff, looking after their career development and their wellness.
Duties:
- Staff management
- Coaching and mentoring junior staff
- Providing technical assurance reporting services
- Assisting with the preparation and presentation of accounting updates and training
- Client liaison
- Providing support for Data and Analytics
- Keeping up to date with developments in both local and international standards
- Driving innovation
- Driving audit quality in response to the needs of stakeholders and external regulators
- Fully qualified CA(SA)
- 3-5 years External Audit experience
- At least 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in managing staff
- Preferably Insurance client exposure
- Project management skills
