The successful candidates will be responsible for:
Ensuring that the Party's campaign objectives and expected quality standards are met by conducting reviews and confirmation of political activity records
Conducting high quality interviews and interactions with voters
Quality capturing of data collected in the contact centre and in the field
Accurate tracing of voter information

Minimum requirements:
National Senior Certificate or equivalent
Proficiency in English and at least one other official language
Experience in a call centre or customer services environment
Experience in database capturing (advantageous)
Experience in quality assurance (advantageous)
Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite
Skills:
Telephone etiquette
Time management and organisation
Administration and attention to detail
Abilities:
Use initiative and work well in high-pressure situations
Be outcomes-orientated, not simply task-orientated
Work independently
Apply sound judgement
Knowledge and Commitment:
Commitment to the Democratic Alliance principles, policies and program of action
