A family is looking for an AU PAIR for their son

Area:

Pinehurst, Durbanville

Children's Ages:

4 year old - Boy

Working hours:

Monday to Friday from 13:00-17:00

School holiday hours:

Same as above / Slightly Flexible (morning hours would be great if the candidate is available)

Duties:

Ad Hoc collection from school, generally meet at home, run general family errands, engaging in intellectually stimulating play & activities with child, prepare meals for your children, occasional Babysitting and weekend work (by prior arrangement)

Special Requirements:

Female age 21-27, energetic, bubbly, creative. Preferably with or currently studying an early childhood development education of sort. Bonus (but not required) = Someone who can teach our son Afrikaans and perhaps another language (any) and mentally stimulate him with age-appropriate games, etc.

Start Date and contract term:

November 2025 OR January 2026 - permanent

Salary:

R10 500 - R11 000pm (Gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.76)



All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.

Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.

Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.

Must have a clear criminal record

Must have a passion for children

Must have Matric

Must have a South African ID document.
