The ideal candidate for the Associate Director position is someone who has a strategic mindset and leadership skills, able to understand clients' needs, build relationships with clients and strategise appropriate solutions. They should be adept at managing projects, leading teams, and driving organizational change. This role involves high-level decision-making and the ability to analyze complex information to guide business strategies.
This person will be a part of the management team and as such will be instrumental in assisting with building the business.
Responsibilities:

- Drive strategic planning and execution to ensure project milestones are met with excellence.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, enhancing collaboration and business growth.

- Completed relevant degree
- Additional qualifications in Risk/Compliance will be preferred
- Previous consulting background preferential
- Subject matter expert in Risk and/or Compliance
