Job Description
Proven experience in Finance Strategy and Transformation, Digital Transformation, Strategy and Innovation, Operating Model Design, Shared Services, Project Management, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
Skills & Experience: Must-Have:
- 10+ years of Finance Functional Strategy and Consulting experience.
- Previous consulting experience with a focus on finance process improvement.
- Expertise in strategic cost reduction or zero-based budgeting.
- Business case and financial modeling proficiency.
- Operating model design experience. Good-to-Have:
- CA/CIMA designation.
- Exposure to finance technology (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Educational background and substantial experience in Finance/Accounting.
- Engage in diverse and challenging projects across various industries.
- Navigate rapidly evolving environments, delivering tangible results for our clients.
- Utilize deep industry and functional experience, coupled with digital technology leadership, to empower CFOs and enhance financial capabilities across enterprises.
- Rethink enterprise value by providing industry insights, end-to-end capabilities, and analytics to drive efficiency and fuel growth.
- Leverage enterprise analytics to equip clients with meaningful data, insights, and analytics for transformative digital solutions.
- Design and implement digital finance platform tools, fostering higher efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity among leadership.
