Requirements:
Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in the planning, procurement and administration of municipal services.
Experience in the planning of infrastructure utilizing Civil3D, WaterMate, PipeMate or similar design software.
Experience in contract administration.
Experience in professional services tendering and agreements.
Experience and understanding of statutory approval processes.
Experience in construction contract documentation compilation (SAICE GCC) and procurement processes.
