With a solid track record spanning municipal, commercial, and rural development projects, they are now looking for a driven Associate Professional Civil Engineer (Junior Management) to join their design-focused environment.

? Key Responsibilities:
Lead design teams on complex civil engineering projects
Manage scope, project deadlines, change orders, and client satisfaction
Mentor junior designers and engineers
Contribute to technical excellence in road, stormwater, and earthworks design
? Minimum Requirements:
For Senior Role:
Minimum 6 years' experience in civil engineering design
PR Eng / PR Tech (Essential)
Proven design experience in:
? Stormwater systems
? Gravel and access roads (municipal roads advantageous)
? Bulk earthworks: pads, platforms, parking areas
? Water & sewer networks (advantageous)
Expert proficiency in Civil 3D - including mentoring others
