Efficiently manage day-to-day IT operational activities to ensure seamless functioning
Ensure operational stability by adhering to established tools, policies, and processes
Demonstrate a strong understanding of running large-scale Wintel operations
Must have a good understanding of AWS or Azure Cloud Infra, Server and Storage Technologies
Work seamlessly within the IT Service Management (ITSM) framework
Exhibit a good understanding and experience working with networking components such as DNS, DHCP, HTTP, IP addresses, LAN/WAN technology, TCP/IP, switches, routers, and firewalls
Ensure compliance with technology controls, including but not limited to patching, antivirus (AV), Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), etc

Acts as the primary point of contact between TIS and Other Functions
Providing 24x7 operational supports for Wintel Operations
Partner and Supplier Governance - Software, Hardware Vendor / OEM Coordination and escalation
Qualifications: Education Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information technology (or equivalent relevant experience)
Sound interpersonal skills and collaborative approach with the ability to interact and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Good influencing skills
Solid organizational, time management and prioritization skills
ITIL Foundation (minimum)
Certifications in Microsoft Active Directory/Server 2008/2012
