Duties and responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of the team.
  • Track progress and monitor team members' tasks.
  • Ensure timelines are met for the required functions of team members.
  • Delegate tasks to team members.
  • Identify areas that need improvement for team members.
  • Communicate with team members regarding activities, tasks and performance requirements.
  • Receive feedback from team members and resolve any issues that may arise within the team.
  • Responsible for the maintenance, services and safekeeping of all equipment and consumables.
  • Responsible for Daily, Weekly and Seasonal
Inherent Job Requirements:
  • Grade 10 on NQF level 2.
  • Minimum of three (3) years relevant working experience related to the duties and responsibilities.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience.
  • A valid driver's License (code C1).
Recommendations:
  • Grade 12 or national vocational certificate on NQF level 4.
  • Knowledge of university systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Good timekeeping.
  • Willing to work overtime when needed.
