Cape Town-based candidates only - easy commute to Constantia essential Kendrick Recruitment is urgently seeking a polished and motivated Assistant Spa Manager for a luxury hotel and spa in the Constantia area. This role requires a hands-on spa professional with strong operational support skills, excellent guest engagement ability, and a passion for wellness, retail, and service excellence. Due to the urgency of this role, only candidates currently based in Cape Town, within a practical commuting distance to Constantia, will be considered . Key Responsibilities o Support the Spa Manager with day-to-day spa operations and team coordination o Assist with staff supervision, shift scheduling, and daily task allocation o Deliver exceptional guest experiences through professional hosting and service recovery o Drive retail and treatment sales, maximising commission opportunities o Ensure treatment rooms, spa facilities, and public areas meet luxury standards o Manage bookings, guest records, POS processes, and basic spa administration o Monitor stock levels, product usage, and assist with ordering and stock control o Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally o Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times Requirements o Recognised Spa or Beauty Therapy qualification o Previous experience in a spa environment essential, supervisory or assistant management experience advantageous o Strong retail sales ability with confidence in recommending treatments and products o Excellent communication, organisation, and guest service skills o Well-presented, professional, and service driven o Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts o Must be based in Cape Town with an easy commute to the Constantia area Package o Salary: R15,750 CTC o Strong commission earning potential on treatments and retail sales o Live-out role o Opportunity to work in a high-end spa environment with growth potential To Apply Please submit your CV, contactable references, and a recent head and shoulders photograph ASAP . ?
