Assistant Silo Manager

Job Description
The effective management of the silo to ensure optimal profitability.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12;
4 years Grain/ Silo experience in a management capacity;
Fumigation certificate;
Grain grading certificates completed;
Previous experience is the supervision and/or management of staff.
Skills
:Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Computer literate;
Strong administrative skills and organisation ability;
Experience in the management of budgets and costs;
Strong leadership skills;
Sound knowledge of the market and business environment;
Business insight.
Responsibilities:
Manage Silo to budget;
Management of staff;
Management of customer service;
Ensure sound financial practices within the department;
Manage Silo administrative functions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R35000,00 - R40000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
